Since 2023, we've provided empowering patient-centered care through health promotion and disease prevention support. With an educated and trained staff, our facility is committed to each patient encounter to reaffirm our dedication to improve lives. Meet
Dr. Meresse Francis
Dr. Francis's journey into healthcare began before graduating and becoming a nurse in 1994. She recalls, "Growing up in a family of nine and being the youngest, I witnessed first hand the impact of health care in our world. My eldest sister, a dedicated nurse, instilled in me a deep respect and passion for the nursing profession. Her influence sparked my desire to care for others."
Fluent in English, French and Creole - post graduation, Dr. Francis worked as a Licensed Practical Nurse at a nursing home and rehabilitation facility where she enjoyed taking care of the aging residents. This experience led her to pursue her Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) at Miami-Dade Community College, where she gained theoretical knowledge and clinical practice and graduated in 2000.

After working as a registered nurse in various hospitals, then as a out of state contract nurse, she sought to follow up her ADN and pursued further education by obtaining her bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) at the University of Phoenix in Miramar, Florida in 2013. Three years later, in 2016, she earned her Master of Science in Nursing degree with a focus on Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) studies.

Dr. Francis continued to grow her professional expertise by developing her clinical skills alongside physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants whilst earning her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree in 2019.
She established the Outstanding Hope Health Restore Care Center in 2023.
